Todd Hippe’s corporate law practice includes entity formation, business restructurings, and general legal and business counseling. He also advises clients in the area of estate planning.

Mr. Hippe graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health. In 2009, he graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law and also received a Health Law Certificate for completing the required number of courses with a concentration in Health Law.

Prior to joining Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A., Mr. Hippe served as a summer associate at the firm. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association and was admitted to practice in Maryland in 2009. Mr. Hippe was born in Kansas City, Missouri.
