Jerome G. Geraghty

Co-Managing Director

Jerome Geraghty’s practice involves business planning and transactions, tax and estate planning for a wide variety of clients. His primary clients are owners and executives of business entities and tax-exempt organizations.

Mr. Geraghty is involved in many charitable, professional and community activities. Currently, he is a director of the St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center, Inc., where he served as President from 1993 to 1998. He is also active with Catholic Charities where he serves on their Leadership Committee and is a Member of the Finance Committee of the Board of Calvert Hall College High School.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Loyola College in 1972 and 1975, respectively. In addition, he graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1976, and subsequently obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University in 1981.

Mr. Geraghty, who was born in Baltimore and currently resides in Lutherville, Maryland, has worked at Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A. since he graduated from law school in 1976. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar the same year and currently serves as co-managing director of the firm.
