Anne Kelly Laynor practices family law and is a Mediator and Parenting Coordinator.

Ms. Laynor has been in the private practice of law since 1987. She represents clients in the negotiation and preparation of property settlement agreements and, when necessary or appropriate, in litigation pending before the Circuit Courts of Maryland. Ms. Laynor is experienced in litigating contested and uncontested divorce, custody, support and marital property matters. Ms. Laynor also represents children in high conflict contested custody proceedings. In addition, Ms. Laynor has provided mediation services for more than 25 years and more recently was certified as a parenting coordinator.
